Turnaround

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (this does not include delivery time). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed a few days. Please allow a few days in transit for deliveries.

International orders, outside the continental US, will go thru customs. Most international orders are delivered between 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping (Domestic and International) Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total weight of the items and your location and the speed of delivery you choose. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
